En Abril de 2023 se realizó una formación Teórica sobre Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos (AMFE) En empresa Industrial de manufactura. AMFE es una herramienta ampliamente utilizada en la industria para mejorar la calidad del diseño de productos. Su enfoque se centra en identificar y evaluar los modos de fallos potenciales y sus efectos en un producto o proceso. El proceso de AMFE se lleva a cabo en 3 etapas clave.

Estos efectos pueden incluir problemas de seguridad, impacto en la funcionalidad del producto, fallos en el rendimiento o insatisfacción del cliente.
